The following message is from my time with God this morning.
“The faithful do not need rewards to motivate them. They understand that the goal is a quality relationship with Me. The rewards are secondary. Their relationship with Me is the primary objective. I AM WHAT SATISFIES.
When the leaders do not have a deep relationship with Me; they cannot lead the people deeper than their walk. This is why you must pray for leadership that they would be encouraged and faithful and go deeper with me. How many people do you have that you believe are close to me, that know my thoughts and seek me daily? There are many people that say they love me but have not developed a deep relationship with me. They stay in the newborn stage and are underdeveloped. They don't want to grow because more will be expected from them. They do not want to mature because it requires sacrifice of their personal preferences. This is immature and not fully developed love.
Continue to be the example of full devotion. Cast all your cares on me so that I can lead you effectively and you won't be dragged down to earthly level thinking.
THE SLUDGE OF THE EARTHLY-AND-CARNAL-DAY IS NOT THE WAY I WANT MY PEOPLE OF THE KINGDOM TO OPERATE.
I am telling my people to get closer to me because when the focus is on an easy life; it does not always pair with my Kingdom will. Yes there is sacrifice and yes there is provision.
GET CLOSE TO ME AND DEVELOP A DEEPER RELATIONSHIP SO NO MATTER WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU; YOU WILL BE SECURE IN ME AND NOT OUTWARD CIRCUMSTANCES.
The earthly life... is temporary. Will you engage with me and let me lead your life while it exists on earth? Or will it be day after day of self-ruling-self without my Kingdom influence in you? Be a faithful steward of what you have each day.
Understand that my love for you is consistent, but the depth of our relationship is in part contingent on how you let me work in you on a daily basis.
Once salvation is secure in Me; depth becomes necessary.
The earthly process of growth and development should be an illustration to you. Everything is developing either by intention or neglect. Do not be a person that continues to develop into something by neglect.
WHAT IS NOT TENDED TO REMAINS UNDEVELOPED.
Amen and so be it.”
